Dawn Page, is a multi-talented media professional. Raised in the México – U.S. border exposed to two worlds, she is fully bilingual and bicultural. She attended the University of Arizona and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing Major. Her experience in media communications spans more than a decade, including TV network executive positions in public relations and marketing – and as TV news producer, on-air talent and print journalist.
Currently, she works as Public Relations and Marketing consultant at DawnPagePR.com and creates content for ¿Qué Pasión?, a bilingual entertainment TV web show she hosts and produces for Youtube’s largest Latino Network, MitúNetwork.
She is the VP of Broadcasting for NAHJ – LA Chapter – The National Association of Hispanic Journalists.
Recently, Dawn worked as a freelance field producer for CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360” and “The Situation Room” with Wolf Blitzer. She also worked as producer/booker for CNN Latino’s flagship show “Sin Límites” where she secured high profile guests including Eugenio Derbez, Edward James Olmos, Grammy winner Julio Reyes Copello producer/composer of Marc Anthony’s hit “Vivir mi vida”, Banda Recodo – and political figures such as Maria Elena Durazo, Hilda Solis and Dolores Huerta.
During her tenure at CNN Latino, Dawn successfully executed the marketing/promotions and publicity efforts in Los Angeles to create brand awareness and promote CNN en Español’s international news talent.
Dawn began her career as a news producer and on-air reporter for a Telemundo affiliate in Phoenix. She then worked as a national entertainment correspondent for Telemundo network's TV Show "Cotorreando."
The next chapter in her career was in Los Angeles, working as a print journalist for La Opinión, the most established Spanish daily newspaper in the U.S.
When LatinAmerica Broadcasting acquired a TV station in Arizona, the network recruited Dawn to launch the Phoenix affiliate, as the Director of Public Relations and Community Affairs. In this position, she created and implemented a partnership with PHX 11, the public channel for the City of Phoenix. She co-produced, wrote and co-hosted PHX 11's Spanish community show "Phoenix en la Comunidad."
As a Communications Manager at LIUNA, she acted as a bilingual spokesperson and successfully spearheaded national media campaigns on immigration, politics and worker rights initiatives.
