Diego comes with a distinguished background working on some of the world’s most beloved brands. His cross-discipline experience combined with his expertise in the US Hispanic market and his uncanny ability to extract strategic insights from metrics and analytics make him an invaluable asset at WOW Factor.
His entire life, Diego has had a passion for theme parks and roller coasters. However, he translated that passion into an college internship at the Disney Consumer Products LatAm office in Miami. Diego eventually got the position of Advertising Manager at Disney’s Yellow Shoes Creative Group in Orlando, developing general market visitation strategies for top feeder markets. He also led efforts to develop key CRM strategies for key consumer segments including Hispanic consumers.
Following his days as a Disney Cast Member, Diego went on to manage the General Motors brand for the US Hispanic market at Accentmarketing. While on the GM business, he also planned and managed efforts for prestigious luxury brands such as Saab, Cadillac and Hummer on a national and local level.
Seeing a major channel migration from traditional to digital marketing, Diego moved into the online and direct response side of the business, managing all digital and offline operations for Celebrity Cruise Line and other Clients in the financial sector at Sapient/Razorfish.
Diego came to WOW with the purpose of infusing strategic thinking into all client marketing and media plans. He will openly admit that he can often be found on a plane traveling to support a new client's business initiative…especially if there is a new roller coaster involved.
