Mia Phillips is responsible for the multicultural, brand and crossline vehicle marketing strategies at Toyota. She has 15 years of field sales experience working closely with Toyota dealerships in every facet of their operations.

Before taking on her latest role, Mia spent several years developing engaging digital solutions that provide 24/7 access to sales and fixed operations education for 50,000 dealer associates. Currently, she leverages her passion for the culture of the Toyota brand to help clarify and communicate the company's mission, vision and core values. Mia also develops strategies to help the brand authentically connect with its consumers, particularly, the fast-growing multicultural segments of the population. As a hobby, Mia likes to unleash her creativity through writing. She is currently working on her first novel.
